Our Packages & Pricing
We have designed our packages and pricing for event planning with a 4 tiered cake approach. Below are the layers of our cake and what they include as well as their pricing. We also offer custom solutions so contact us and we will be happy to design something that fits your needs, a “custom cake,” just for you!
Let Them Eat Cake!Tier 1
- Let Details Event Planning design your celebration with the unique and creative approach they use to make your event memorable to you and your guests. This includes your unique celebration motif/theme, with day of the event organization of decor, timeline, menu, and of course all the special touches found in the details. This includes two, 1-hour consultations, and a complete portfolio with industry contacts, decor options and purchase links/contacts and overall party suggestions.
A Piece of Cake!Tier 2
- Once you have the first phase of your event in place, let Details Event Planning take it a step further by providing the legwork necessary to secure your event. This will include contacting vendors, ordering necessary decor and miscellaneous items, providing a detailed “Day-of” checklist for host/hostesses. In essence, we will handle all the behind-the-scenes details, and all you need is to set-up and celebrate!
Have Your Cake & Eat It Too!Tier 3
- In this package, Details Event Planning handles everything from beginning to end. This includes a complete portfolio, planning, securing vendors, set-up, on-site coordinators, and clean up.
Icing on the Cake!Tier 4
- Host your event at the Tiffin house and include all layers of our “cake!” You receive a complete portfolio, contacting vendors, ordering decor, set-up & clean-up services, providing on-site coordinators and all-inclusive access to the houses’ themed decor/ servingware, and special touches.
All pricing is subject to change based on event details including but not limited to location, occasion, etc. These upgrades will be all be discussed at the client meetings.
